I have noticed that human beings are unique and move through the world in their own way. I have also realized that, for some, there may come a time when moving through the world with patterns that previously kept you safe is not working anymore. Or, maybe life gets overwhelming and it’s challenging for your nervous system to keep up. With this in mind, I believe that human beings may benefit from a whole-body wellness perspective, taking into account emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects that make up who you are and assess those as part of your wellness journey.
In session I use whole-body wellness awareness approaches that help you get to know your nervous system and neurobiology, along with eclectic therapeutic approaches. My goal with my clients is to work as a team, give space to help you feel seen, heard, and valued, and make sure that you are receiving the most effective services possible.

What is Wellness Consulting?
This is a session where I give you advice, and resources as I mentor you on wellness as it relates to your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health.
So, the question may be,"How do I know what healthy foods are?" or "How can I start cleaning my house when it is so overwhelming?".
We would go over some options we have come up with, I would share resources with you, and I would provide education. I will even meet you at the store and do a walk-through with you teaching you about healthier food options.
What does Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and/or Chanting entail?
The style of yoga I am trained in is Ashtanga-based.
I do offer education around and practice regarding breathwork, meditation, and chanting online. If you desired suggestions regarding yoga postures or stretches, I would be able to suggest which ones, as well as the types of practice(s) that would benefit my clients the most so that they can do it on their own.
What does learning how to dowse entail?
There are many types of dowsing out there. The type of dowsing I teach is the art of using the connection between your energy field/subconscious and the Creator's/Earth's energy to "test" yes and no answers for the here and now, using a pendulum and/or your body (this is also called body testing).
This is not "fortune telling", this is just a way to connect with your higher self, and help you learn how to trust yourself. For example, I use dowsing to help let me know if my tailbone is back in place when I do a tailbone resetting exercise.
