What I Think About Sole

Updated: Mar 11, 2024

Sole

(So-lay)

I had never heard of this salty concoction until a few weeks ago. My sister Shelby began to take it as part of a treatment plan after receiving a biometric feedback session from Rejuva Wellness in Midland, Texas. I looked up sole and learned that it is super healthy for you, so I decided to give it a shot. I took sole as it was recommended, I placed 1 tsp. in my morning freshly-squeezed lemon water. I use Himalayan salt (pink salt) exclusively in my house because it has been known to be healthy and not raise your blood pressure. The only container you can place this salty water in is a glass jar with a plastic or glass lid, because of the salinity. I placed mine in a wide mouth glass jar with a glass lid and keep it in my fridge. Even if you have no salt rocks like mentioned in this article, you just mix pink salt in the water until it is saturated and there is a small layer of salt that forms on the bottom of the container. I left it in the fridge for 12 hours, as recommended. Do not shake it up before you take it, as gently as possible just take the clear water. I noticed that I felt more energized after I began taking it and my bowel movements have been great. I will continue taking it because I believe it is beneficial for my body!
