My HOCATT Experience

The HOCATT is part of the treatment that I was prescribed as part of my biofeedback, click here to see that article.

Treatment 1: First of all, what is a HOCATT treatment? Click here. When you go into Rejuva Wellness, click here for website, there are two areas sectioned off by window drapes. Each section has a white pod inside. I took all of my clothes off and wrapped up in a spa towel.

When I initially stepped inside and sat down ( this is level to the floor so there is no crawling in), it felt like I was getting into an empty hot-tub, just the way the surface felt. She measured to see if the seat needed to be adjusted which was down by closing the doors of the pod and seeing if my neck was far enough out of the opening. She explained how everything worked before she encased me, reminder your head is sticking out of this, so those of you who are claustrophobic would probably be okay. I held onto these handles that were attached to cords that emit frequency into your body during the HOCATT, it reminded me of a jump rope, then she shut the doors. She wrapped some stuff around my neck so the ozone inside would not be blowing up into my face and placed a comfortable neck pillow behind my neck. She then placed a device in front of my face that blew fresh oxygen into my nose ( the device sets away from your face so nothing is actually touching you). There is a timer on the machine in eye view which gives you the diagnostics of what is going down as it does its thing. Each session only lasts 26 minutes. It felt warm when I got in and then gradually warmed up as it progressed. I continued getting whiffs of the ozone and it smells like….. Ozone! Ozone has a specific smell, you will just have to try it out for yourself. The environment in the pod was never to any point of being unbearable. The heat was warm and actually felt very comforting. If there had not been a busy crowd inside the facility I probably could have fallen asleep.

When time is up there is a vacuuming noise and sperts of cool air fill the tank. She came and opened it up and let me dry off with the towels they had available there, and I put my clothes back on. I really enjoyed this session!

Afterward, you are meant to ingest some type of detoxing agent. I opted for charcoal powder because I needed to buy some for my new plant-based diet I am embarking on soon. She tested to see how much to take and for how long. Mine showed up to do ½ tsp. Of charcoal powder in water ( it is tasteless by the way), for 3 days, every time I do a HOCATT for the next 3 weeks. I know that this detoxifier may change as might the amount and time to take it over the course of me doing HOCATTs, but for this treatment plan that was my dosage. I also took my second dose of Ivermectin, and this time I did not have any side effects.

How did I feel afterward: Well I definitely felt like I had something done to me. I did not feel bad but I did not feel like doing much of anything. Everyone is different though, that is a general message from me to you regarding everything you do in life. Everyone’s body has a different response to anything we do to it. I did however sleep SO well, which was a relief because I had been taking forever to fall asleep and I was waking up in the middle of the night more often. The next day however I did not feel so good. I was feeling lethargic, kind of like how you feel when you are getting a cold. The COOLEST thing though was when I got out of the shower that morning I noticed that a layer of skin was coming off of my left pinkie toe where I was treating a wart, click here for more information concerning treating warts if you are waiting for your biofeedback appointment or a HOCATT treatment by itself (during a normal biofeedback treatment plan usually calls for you to be off of all supplements). The HOCATT basically removed the virus and the skin came off painlessly.

Treatment 2: I was able to use the other machine today and it is a little different. The frequency conductors are on the floor of the machine instead of holding them. I actually preferred this because I was able to really relax my arms and hands. They even had a cushion to sit on, which I preferred because it made relaxing that much more effective during the treatment.

How did I feel afterward: This time I felt pretty good afterward, very calm. I felt drained towards the end of the day though and did need a nap. There is something to note here that I am about to start my moon cycle and the only symptom that has shown up is a craving for sweets just a few days before. Normally, I cramp, I get very bloated and I spot before the day I actually start, this time I have not. This is a really great sign because those symptoms actually are proving that I had a hormonal imbalance, which was found in the biofeedback session.

Treatment 3: Before this next treatment, I began noticing reddish, small dry, rash spots on my arms and on my neck/throat. I told one of the ladies that worked there and she said that the same thing happened to her, and it is just because there is not enough detoxing happening. So on top of the charcoal I tested for taking a Jernigans bath for 4 days, starting the day of this HOCATT. The picture below is correct for the ingredients of the bath itself, but the duration and amount of these baths per day were tested just for me. During this treatment I was told that they actually test for each client every morning before they come in to know what levels the HOCATT treatment is supposed to be at; such as the temperature or frequencies.

How did I feel afterward: All of the Jernigans baths felt good as well, it was challenging sweating it out as I kept introducing more hot water, but I had Harry Potter books to keep me company. The skin irritations went away within a week of the baths. I felt really great right after the HOCATT. This third treatment was the last day of my moon cycle ( thank goodness), and I realized that I had not broken out on my face or back after my first HOCATT, even around my moon cycle *WOOT WOOT!*. After doing these treatments, I noticed that my right rhomboid and left shoulder have begun healing. I had been seeing, and still do see, Dr. Jordan Beal, see article here, for my alignment, shoulder, etc. but with the implementation of these treatments, and the Bowen treatment, see article here, I have noticed faster results.
